- Responsible for the entire sales cycle, from identifying to developing and closing deals.
- Meet sales targets on new and existing accounts.
- Focus on Client Relationship Management.
- Build and maintain good relationships with IT Business Partners.
- Generate regular and timely forecasts, reports, and account status updates.
Requirements
- Should possess ‘O’ levels/Diploma in Marketing/Computer Science/Business or related discipline.
- Preferably one year of proven track record in IT sales and at least two years of relevant working experience in similar capacity.
- Preferably has experience in selling computer hardware/software/maintenance contract.
- Independent, resourceful, good analytical and communication skills with bilingual abilities in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking associate(s))
- Able to design and propose network & security products/solutions is an advantage.
- Good verbal presentation and negotiation skills.
- Aggressive, proactive, result-oriented and must be a good team player.
- Disciplined, hardworking, able to perform under pressure.
- Keen interest in IT sales is a must.
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving license with own vehicle is an advantage.
- If you are a fresh graduate with keen interest in IT Sales field, this position requires you to possess a strong willingness to learn and take on responsibilities and challenges.
Responsibilities
- Experience with Desktop Troubleshooting.
- Oversee computer security and anti-virus updates etc.
- Carry out computer “housekeeping” tasks.
- Provide IT support to computer users within the office.
- Logging all IT problems and resolutions.
- Liaise with external support company.
- Oversee file management on centralised resources such as server or individual workstations.
- Induct new staff on IT systems.
- Keep inventory, hardware, and maintenance records.
- Ensure all software is properly licensed.
Requirements
- Diploma or Certificate in IT / Computer Engineering with 1–2 years working experience in technical support.
- Experience in basic networking support.
- Experience in supporting OS platforms such as the latest version of Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
- Resourceful, good working attitude, and takes initiative.
- Good communication and administrative skills.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associate.
- Fresh graduates welcome.
- Open to Singaporeans and Singapore PR only.
